About the Role
As a Merchandise Team Member, you will be able to conduct effective and efficient merchandising activities while maintaining compliance with essential policies and processes, including:
- Maintaining product restocking and merchandising (point of sale positioning) throughout the store as needed.
- Bringing the JB Hi-Fi brand and retail experience up to the highest standards through outstanding merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
- Working cooperatively as part of a team to deliver a great experience for both in-store and online customers, and successfully resolve customer complaints and issues as required.
- Assist with customer service requirements, including counter chores as needed.
