ROLE: Core Banking Application Support Analyst

Are you somebody who can:
Accept responsibility for Temenos Transact product configuration, Temenos application parameterization, functional analysis of business needs, customisation, operational support of business applications and systems, and end-user support requests. This involves logging, resolving, monitoring, and tracking change management processes.
Be responsible for trending and reporting, as well as investigations that aid the incident and problem processes in delivering viable workarounds and root cause analysis, and when applicable, escalate calls to third-party vendors for resolution.
You’ll be an excellent candidate if:
Degree in a relevant technical or technological discipline.
3 to 5 years of expertise with Temenos products (Transact, TPH, FCM, and Data Lake) implementation projects, with ideally 2 to 3 years with a Temenos implementation partner.
