ROLE: Core Banking Application Support Analyst

Job Purpose

To be in charge of the Temenos Transact product configuration, parameterization of Temenos applications, functional analysis of business needs, customization, operational support of business applications/systems, and end-user support requests. This includes keeping track of change management methods and logging, fixing, monitoring, and following them.

The Core Banking Application Support Analyst will also be in charge of trends and reports, as well as investigations that help the Incident and Problem processes provide suitable workarounds and root cause analysis, and when necessary, they will send calls to Third Party Vendors for help.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of System Application against Objectives by managing installation of planned system solutions and changes against the needed System Application Plan
• Give a service that builds good relationships, comes up with new ideas, and helps others give great customer service.
• Maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders to make sure the right IT solutions are made.
• Manage the decrease of hours of unplanned downtime caused by faulty applications.
• Query Management Service is in charge of making sure that IT system users’ questions and problems are answered quickly and correctly.
• Follow all steps of IT development, understand them, and put them into action. Also, meet governance standards in terms of laws and audits.
• The general management of application releases, including tasks, assignments, delivery, deadlines, and problem fixes.
• Translate business strategies into goals that can be reached and carry out important IT projects and IT initiatives that are in line with strategic goals and have specific performance measures and control systems to keep track of progress.
• Manage IT tasks to make sure they are completed successfully and on time.
• IT System and Data Analysis and Reporting on IT System and Data Analysis and Reporting on by being in charge of making reports and statistics about the apps and systems and how they affect a business unit or segment.
• Maintain and make changes to application software systems as needed by business to reduce the number of production problems caused by downtime.

Minimum Qualification –

• Degree in an appropriate technical or technology field Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in Temenos products (Transact, TPH, FCM, and Data Lake) implementation projects, with 2 to 3 years ideally with a Temenos implementation partner
