ROLE: Country Manager
Position Description
- Market Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for Kalabash Payment in Ghana that is in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Business Development: Identify and explore strategic alliances, partnerships, and opportunities to increase Kalabash Payments’ footprint in the local fintech ecosystem.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local regulatory rules and standards, as well as stay current on key legal and compliance changes in Ghana’s fintech business.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team while promoting an environment of innovation, collaboration, and excellence in the Ghana office.
- Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, budgeting, and financial performance in Ghana while maintaining high-quality fintech services.
- Collaboration with the product development team to adapt and tailor Kalabash Payments products and services for the Ghanaian market.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong connections with important clients, partners, and stakeholders in Ghana to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee local marketing and branding initiatives in Ghana to improve brand awareness and market share.
- Risk management methods must be developed and implemented in order to limit potential threats and vulnerabilities in the Ghanaian market.
- Reporting: Report to senior management on the performance, market trends, and prospects in the Ghanaian fintech sector on a regular basis.
