POSITION: Mechanical Technician
KEY DUTIES:
- Support the execution of 5S in the Maintenance workshop and associated workspaces.
- Will join the mechanical maintenance team to carry out preventive maintenance activities.
- Support the maintenance team in diagnosing and fixing machine failures.
- Need to provide recommendations for machine enhancement initiatives.
- Anticipate undertaking fabrication projects
- Upholds and implements the standards for quality, safety, health, and environment in the execution of daily tasks.
- Keeping a clean workspace and following company policies
- Skilled in addressing mechanical failures
Specifications
- HND, MET3, MET2, MET1, MVT3, or Certificate in mechanical engineering in recognized Technical Institution
- At least 5 years of experience as a mechanical technician in a relevant field.
- In-depth expertise in mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- ● Must have knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Must possess basic computer knowledge
- Expertise in mechanical design and diagnostic testing software.
- Outstanding skills in analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
- Outstanding ability to communicate and work collaboratively.
- Excellent skills in organization and time management.
- Open to conducting mechanical maintenance and repairs beyond regular business hours.
