ROLE: Clirec Reconciliatory App
Job Purpose
This function administers the day-to-day CLIREC reconciliation operations in order to offer systems and services that meet or exceed the agreed-upon service levels for all 34 affiliates. The function ensures that all affiliates’ reconciliation services are completed and that proper updates are made available to users before business hours.
Principal Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Group Batch Processing Manager.
- Ensures that after moving Flexcube EOD data to the History table, Clirec services are refreshed to allow for daily file updates.
- Ensures that SWIFT files are updated on a daily basis.
- Ensures that Clirec Proof, App, and Nostro are updated as soon as possible for users.
- Ensures that user issues are resolved quickly.
- Ensures that all downloads are completed without interruption by users.
- Ensures that all accounts have the correct balances for reconciliatory reasons.
- Punctuality at work is required to attend to user complaints.
Communication Skills
- Fluent in English, allowing for easier contact within the group with other IT representatives French will be an added benefit.
- Deliver well-organized, insightful presentations.
- Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive facts in a diplomatic manner.
Technical Understanding
- Broad knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language) and Windows DB (the primary working tool).
- Recognize the architectural structure of Clirec.
- Ability to quickly acquire new procedures and stay current on technological information.
