Job Title: Head of Corporate Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Corporate Sales to head our corporate sales team and drive our corporate growth.
Overview of the Position:
You will be responsible for leading a high-performance corporate sales team, designing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining important client relationships as the Head of Corporate Sales at CompuGhana LTD. You will be critical in driving revenue growth, developing our corporate customer base, and guaranteeing the successful delivery of technology solutions to our clients.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Sales Plan Development: Create and implement a comprehensive corporate sales plan that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, encourage, and mentor a team of corporate sales professionals, establishing clear goals and targets and ensuring that sales quotas are met or exceeded.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain good ties with key corporate clients, learning about their needs and assuring their satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Constantly watch market trends, competitor actions, and customer preferences to find growth and improvement possibilities.
- Streamline and optimize the corporate sales process by applying best practices and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Revenue Growth: Increase revenue by exploring new business possibilities, upselling to current clients, and broadening our corporate customer base.
- Performance indicators: Create and track important performance indicators, reporting to senior management on the status of corporate sales activities on a regular basis.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage the company sales budget, maximizing resource allocation to achieve maximum ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to achieve a smooth customer experience, such as marketing, product development, and customer service.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related discipline is required (a master’s degree is desirable).
- At least 7 years of effective corporate sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Thorough understanding of the technology industry and our product and service offerings.
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and implementing successful sales strategy.
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
