Role Title: Content Marketing Executive 

Job Description

As a Content Marketing Executive, it will be your job to come up with and put into action content strategies that raise brand awareness, keep our target audience interested, and help us reach our overall marketing goals. Your amazing writing and story-telling skills will be a big part of making content that is interesting and useful across many digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy and Planning: Work with the marketing team to create and implement content marketing strategies that are in line with the goals of our brand and the people we want to reach. Do a lot of research to find relevant topics, industry trends, and the content of your competitors. This will help you plan your content.
• Content Creation: Make high-quality, interesting content in a variety of ways, such as blog posts, social media updates, infographics, videos, and more. Make content that is interesting and useful for our audience and shows off our expertise.
• Management of the Editorial Calendar: Keep a well-organized editorial calendar that shows when content will be made and published. Make sure content is delivered consistently and work with your team to meet deadlines.
• SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines by using relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and drive traffic to our website.
• Social Media Management: Take care of and update our social media platforms, making sure that content is always shared to keep our audience interested and grow it. Keep an eye on the trends on social media and use them in your content strategies.
• Content Distribution: Make plans for content distribution and put them into action to reach more people and get your content to the most people possible. Use different channels, such as email marketing and reaching out to influencers.
• Performance Analysis: Keep track of and analyze content performance metrics like website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates. Use data insights to improve content strategies and make recommendations that are based on the data.
• Content Promotion: Work with the marketing team to promote content through paid ads, social media campaigns, and other marketing efforts.
• Market and industry knowledge: Keep up with industry trends, best practices for content marketing, and new platforms and technologies. Share your knowledge and ideas with the team to help them come up with new ideas and improve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a field similar to it.
• Proven experience as a Content Marketing Executive or in a similar position, with a strong portfolio of successful content campaigns.
• You have great writing and story-telling skills and a good eye for grammar and details.
• Familiarity with tools for making content, CMS platforms, and basic software for editing images and videos.
• A solid grasp of SEO principles and techniques for optimizing content.
• Familiarity with social media sites and the people who use them.
• An analytical mind that can understand data and use it to guide content strategies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to work on several projects at once.
• Think creatively and be proactive when coming up with ideas for and making content.
• Team player who works well with other people and has good communication skills.
• Know about marketing trends, how customers act, and the best ways to use digital marketing.
