ROLE: Senior Advertising and Marketing Executive
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that are in line with client objectives and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to find opportunities and modify tactics as needed.
Campaign Management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective advertising campaigns across several media platforms.
- Supervise campaign execution to ensure timely delivery and best performance.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop great client connections by understanding their needs and giving strategic advice and solutions.
Team Work
- Work with a marketing team to drive growth, innovation, and collaboration.
Performance Optimization
- Examine campaign performance indicators and revise strategies to maximize ROI and meet KPIs.
Innovation and Technology Integration
- Stay current on evolving technologies and market trends while incorporating novel techniques.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- A degree in marketing, advertising, or public relations (a master’s degree is preferred)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing/advertising, with a demonstrated track record of successful campaigns and brand initiatives
- Capability to lead and mentor a team while encouraging innovation, cooperation, and an excellent culture
- Ability to create and implement strategic marketing plans that are aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing platforms, technology, and trends in order to maximize online visibility and engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to successfully communicate ideas, plans, and campaigns to clients and internal teams.
