POSITION: Teller

A financial institution is seeking a Teller to join their team. You will process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments accurately.
Counting currency and handling foreign currency exchanges and wire transfers.

Cash Management

You will maintain a balanced cash drawer, reconciling at the end of each shift.
Ensuring sufficient cash for daily transactions while minimizing excess.

Customer Assistance

You will assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
Explaining various bank products and services to meet customer needs.

Account Opening

You will help with opening new accounts and providing support for various account types.
Collecting required documentation and completing applications.

Security

You will verify customer identification, following established bank procedures.
Reporting any suspicious activities or security concerns to management.

Sales

You will promote bank products and services, such as different account types and credit assets.
Identifying customer needs and matching them to appropriate offerings.

Education & Experience

A degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Two to three years of working experience, demonstrating reliability and customer service skills.
