POSITION: Sales and Marketing Executive
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage and organise sales operations to promote sales growth.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing sales and customer inquiries.
- Increase new business while maintaining existing consumers.
- Follow up on all sales leads, ensuring that they are responded and that appropriate action is taken.
- Handle any routing orders promptly and ensure that they are presented to the customer right away.
- Ensure that all RFQs (requests for quotation), bids, and tenders are responded to within the timeframe indicated.
- Generated high-quality sales leads and followed up with them on a regular basis.
- Update the selling tariff to ensure that margins are protected as specified.
- Hold regular meetings with the sales team to share market information and exchange selling expertise.
- Arrange joint calls and customer visits with Sales, Operations, and Management professionals, as well as their international colleagues.
- Maintain current customer profiles.
- Provide monthly reports on import business development and relevant market knowledge.
- Perform any extra tasks or projects as given by management.
Required Skill or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in Business Administration or Related Fields
- Three to five years of job experience.
- Communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Marketing soft skills.
