JOB TITLE: SALES ENGINEER
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Engineer works with customers to find out what they want, comes up with solutions, and makes sure the sales process goes smoothly. He or she works in the Sales department and is in charge of reporting to the Business Improvement Manager.
IMPORTANT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of coming up with ways to get more sales for the workshop.
- Meeting sales goals every month
- Give clients a variety of ways to solve problems with their products.
- Receive and process orders for customers in a quick and accurate way, and keep customers updated on the status of their orders.
- Respond in a professional way to customer questions and concerns
- Make and keep sales records. Set clear, attainable goals with your clients and meet them.
- Helps the Estimation team give quotes to clients when they need them.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF A QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
- Review processes every three months to make sure they are giving you the results you want.
- Make sure that all non-conformances that have been given to you are properly addressed and fixed.
- Report on how the Quality Management System could be made better.

OHSE REQUIREMENTS
- All of TAGG’s OHS&E procedures must be known and followed.
- Follow all rules, procedures, and instructions for safe work.
- Checking for risks
- Identifying risks and telling people about them
- Know how to use all tools and equipment safely when it comes to
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Skills for serving customers
- Good at talking to people.
- Ability to handle different kinds of relationships and expectations
- Excellent people skills, the ability to sell and cross-sell, the ability to do more than one thing at once and set priorities, and IT skills.

Skills or Experience Needed
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in sales, marketing, social sciences, or engineering.
- At least two years of Sales experience.
- It’s a plus if you have worked with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 management systems before.
