JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure computer systems and software work smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Protects computer systems from viruses and unauthorized access.
- Manages databases and backups regularly.
- Assists users with computer issues and advises on appropriate software and hardware.
- Tests and evaluates new hardware and software to ensure their suitability for the organization.
- Provides employee training on computer systems and software.

- Diploma in Information Technology or higher
2. Warehouse Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Signing for shipments upon receipt and ensuring that the correct product was received.
- Thoroughly evaluate merchandise for damage and inconsistencies.
- Keeping precise records of every product received and distributed.
- Contacting suppliers or distributors to fix shipping or delivery concerns.
- Using forklifts, hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, transport, stack, and arrange items properly.
- Organizing items strategically to make the most of available warehouse space.
- Weighing merchandise and selecting appropriate packaging materials such as envelopes, boxes, containers, or crates.
- Process distribution orders or requests quickly, including fetching specified merchandise from storage and packing, sealing, and labeling it appropriately.
Qualifications & Experience
- The ability to safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Outstanding organizing and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Has a strong attention to detail.
- HND or degree.
