Customer Service Officer at Star Foods Company Limited
Job Description
- Identify and assess customer needs to make them happy.
- Build long-lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive contact.
- Give accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, offer appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit, and follow up to make sure the problem is solved.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, policies, and guidelines.
- Go the extra mile to get people interested.
Needed Qualifications and Experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to do more than one thing at a time, set priorities, and handle time well.
