These individuals range in age from 5 to 25. It is situated on 60 acres of open space in Hertfordshire. We provide comprehensive care, health, and education services to vulnerable people in a secure setting so they can reach their full potential in all aspects of life.

Care & Support Worker Duties

You will play a significant part in ensuring that our children and young people have every opportunity to succeed in all facets of life by working at one of our Children’s Homes or our Supported Living Service. You will make sure that our profession is centered on compassion, trust, and fun, enabling us to provide the greatest possible care and education to people who call St. Elizabeth’s home. Among the principal duties include, but are not restricted to:

  • Foremost, daily maintenance of a safe, secure, and clean home environment
  • Also, encouragement of independence in food preparation and personal care
  • Lastly, delivery of medicines, and encouragement of pleasurable, social, and educational activities.

Requirements

We are searching for someone compassionate, passionate about working with young people and kids, ideally with some prior experience in care or education, and who can commit to being devoted, motivated, and adaptable.

Work Environment

Despite not being on a public transit route, we are conveniently located near the M25, M11, and A10 in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire. However, per the shift schedules of the care staff, we do offer subsidized staff transportation from Bishops Stortford, Harlow, and Sawbridgeworth.
