POSITION: Sales & Marketing Representative
Position Summary:
INTRODUCED AND SOLD! This is how we define a successful sale! The Sales & Marketing Representative explains to the client the great value and quality proposition of our Baludah Ice locally manufactured drink beverage in comparison to other competitive brands, seals the transaction, and follows up on reorders every week.
The successful representative continues to carry out bar promotions to reinforce and maintain brand awareness and account support. The Sales Representative is responsible for maximizing and sustaining accounts within their sales region, which drives our financial performance and their personal prosperity.
You will be accountable for a specified zone, and the role will include the following:
Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prospect and obtain appointments to promote our Baludah Ice locally manufactured drink beverage, to new clients (large merchants, wholesalers, major market traders, drink depots, restaurants, etc.).
- Showcase the superior value and quality of our product above other brands (very profitable with that true taste and energy boost!).
- Get a signed purchase order.
- Perform any other reasonable duties given by management.
- Represent the brand at consumer trade shows, mall promotions, and tourism events on a local and national level.
- FOLLOW-UP and FOLLOW-THROUGH to ensure that your accounts are satisfied with our product and service, that they are well-stocked and reordered on a regular basis, and that the product retains high brand awareness and account support.
Qualifications & Experience
(Descriptions show equal minimum criteria to enter the employment.)
- BSc in business administration or comparable field
- 5 years of beverage or food sales experience or equivalent
- Proven expertise as a Sales & Marketing officer in the Food and Beverage industry (soft drinks preferred).
- Demonstrates knowledge of the local market and established account relationships.
- Exhibits high energy, integrity, and enthusiasm.
- Aggressive, dependable, imaginative, and self-generating.
- Possesses a current driving licence and a clean driving record.
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and self-management skills.
- Possesses basic computer knowledge, including Excel, Word, and social media platforms.
- Can work flexible
Compensation: base monthly wage based on expertise plus a percentage commission on monthly sales volume.
Location: Accra.
