Assistant Registrar at Heritage Christian College (HCC)

Heritage Christian College (HCC), a university in Accra’s Amasaman neighborhood, wants to hire: Assistant Registrar (Support for Administration)

Qualifications Required and Experience

• A good second degree in one of these areas:
• Business administration, communications, management, human resources, social sciences, or other related fields.
• At least three years of work after qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Help the Deans of Schools and Heads of Departments at HCC with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Help the schools and departments put their decisions and policies into action.
• Make sure that the schools and departments’ record-keeping systems follow HCC’s approved procedures and rules.
• Help the Registrar with administrative tasks by serving as a recorder on committees as needed.

Technical Skills 

• General knowledge and experience with university management, systems, procedures, and structures.
• Knowledge of Ghana tertiary Education Commission requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and speaking skills;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Ability to write reports.

Salary: Very attractive and competitive

Location: Amasaman, Accra.
