A reputable Financial Institution is seeking to hire young and smart graduates for the positions below:

1 . Accounts Officers 

• Responsible for establishing direct relationships with identified clients.
• Manages and maintains a good quality portfolio.
• Ensures compliance with individual revenue targets and account conversions/profitability.
• Ensures portfolio’s full compliance with audit requirements.
• Interfaces with middle and senior management of target clients.
• Coordinates with various units of the institution to ensure timely and efficient delivery of service to customers
• Provides accurate and timely financial reports from the branch to Head Office
• Filing of all supporting documents in line with agreed accounting procedures and standards
• Assists in the preparation of Trial Balances, Daily Operations Update and Daily Balances of Accounts

2 . Deposit Officers

• Collects deposits from the field on behalf of the institution.
• Make a daily payment of the money collected from the field
• Check the daily collection to ensure that all transactions have been well entered
• Generate new savings accounts for the branch in accordance with branch targets
• Encourage clients to build up savings balances in accordance with branch targets

3 . Relationship Officers 

• Responsible for underwriting a wide variety of secured and unsecured loans and lines of credit.
• Analyses financial statements, financial ratios, tax returns, and other documents to evaluate repayment sources, and will prepare loan recommendations.
• Gathers all potential and interested customers into groups and promotes cooperation among group members
• Organizes and orientation sessions for groups as may be determined by a Superior
• Monitor members until the contract end for another disbursement
• Acts on the loan aging report prepared by the Credit Department and collect past-due or delinquent accounts to ensure 100% loan recovery
