Job Vacancy For Branch Manager
One of the leading Rural Banks in Ashanti Region is seeking eligible applicants for the position of a Branch Manager
Qualification
- A good first degree from a recognized institution
- A minimum of three (3) years working experience in Branch Operations in a Rural Banking environment
- MBA qualification will be an added advantage
Competencies and Skills
- Strong Communication and people skills including presentation skills
- Knowledge in Temenos 24 and other applications
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Demonstration of creativity and business acumen
- Excellent administrative and supervision skills
- Lastly, Good team player
Key responsibilities
- Firstly, Knowledge in Credit Administration (Appraisal, Monitoring, Recovery and Credit returns)
- Secondly, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Thirdly, Knowledge in prudential returns preparation
- Moreover, Should have understanding of branch internal controls
- Additionally, Should have passion for deposit mobilization
- Finally, Capability to prepare and interpret budget
