One of the leading Rural Banks in Ashanti Region is seeking suitably qualified applicants for the positions of Credit and Microfinance Assistants
Qualification
- HND or first degree from a recognized institution
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a similar position
Competencies and Skills
- To begin with, Strong Communication and people skills including presentation skill
- Then, Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft office suite
- Also, Strong management and organizational skills
- Lastly, Good team player
Job Responsibilities
- Firstly, Preparation of Credit returns and portfolio analysis for management information
- Secondly, Mobilize and animate groups
- Thirdly, Disbursement of loans to beneficiaries
- Finally, Recovery of loans from customers Prepare data for submission to credit bureaus
