Job Description.
- Consult with IT management and other departments as needed.
- Providing IT support to employees and customers.
- Educate end users on hardware features and software packages.
- Timely resolution of logged errors.
- Tracking hardware, software, and system performance data.
- Updating computer software and updating gear and systems.
- Managing databases and ensuring system security.
- Documenting procedures and running diagnostic tests.
- Monitoring technological breakthroughs and trends in IT.
Qualifications & Experience
- HND or diploma in I.T.
- 3–5 years of IT support experience.
- Demonstrates exceptional technical support and query resolution skills.
- A thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Ability to assess IT requirements and train end users.
- Experience documenting processes and tracking performance indicators.
Job Description.

Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone skills and active listening
- Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and adaptability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- HND minimum
