2023 White House Internship Program
Applications are open to students to apply for the 2023 White House Internship Program. The White House Internship is within the Executive Office of the President. The aim of the internship program is to provide a leadership development program to emerging leaders. This will give applicants the opportunity to support the work of the White House and further the priorities of the Biden-Harris Administration.
This is a paid internship program and it will run for 12 weeks. Applicants should note that all the departments of the White House offer Internships. Also, students should take note that the internship will commence on Monday, 30 January 2023.

2023 White House Internship Program Benefits
Successful applicants will get the following benefits:
- Applicants will receive a stipend of $750 per week. This is for full-time participation (thus a minimum of 35 hours per week). Also, applicants will get $375 per week for part-time participation (Thus a minimum of 15 – 34 hours per week).
- Successful applicants will receive stipends in two installments. Their first payment will be made at the beginning of the internship. The second payment will follow as soon as the internship is completed.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Interested applicants should meet the required criteria below:
- To begin with, applicants must be U.S. citizens and at least 18 years old
- Secondly, applicants should be presently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program at a college, community college, or university for a period of two-to four-year.
- Thirdly, applicants who have graduated from an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a college, community college, or university within two years prior to the first day of the internship program can apply.

Documents Needed For The White House Internship Program
Interested applicants should submit the documents below when applying for the internship program.
Interested applicants should submit two Recommendation Letters. The Recommendation Letters should be written by people who can speak to the applicant’s qualifications, character, and commitment to public service. As part of the application package, the Letters should be submitted through the application portal.
Kindly address the Letters with “To Whom It May Concern” or “White House Internship Program Review Team.”
