POSITION: Program Manager
The Role
We are looking for a competent Program Manager to work closely with our Head of Operations & Partnerships to take the lead of our programs and provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions in order to achieve program sustainability and success in accordance with defined targets, strategies, and goals.
RESPONSIBILITY
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable outlining and planning all aspects of work related to a given project such as budget, timelines, and teams.
- Also, the candidate should have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams.
- Lastly, the individual should be able to foresee any problems related to the completion of a project and act in a timely manner to mitigate any issues.
