Description of the Role
Trasacco Properties is looking for a full-time on-site Sales Executive. The Sales Executive is in charge of creating and managing leads, keeping a sales pipeline, making presentations to potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. In addition, the Sales Executive must deliver great customer service to our clients and stay current on industry advancements and trends.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiating abilities
- Customer service abilities Detail-oriented and well-organized
- vivacious and energizing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 5 years minimum sales and marketing experience in the real estate business;
- 2 years of contract management experience
- A first and second degree or diploma certificate from a reputable university would be advantageous.
