THE UC CAMPUS

With 46,388 students, the University of Cincinnati is a large university with a cozy campus atmosphere. It’s astonishing how little our lovely, pedestrian-friendly campus is—it just takes ten minutes to walk from Nippert Stadium to DAAP! However, you won’t want to hurry.

Cincinnati beckons you to take it slow and rejuvenate. Students can be seen “ending” on Sigma Sigma Commons, hanging out on Main Street near TUC, and playing Frisbee on the field at Nippert Stadium almost every day.

Cincinnati Sports

Bearcat Plaza, the entrance to Nippert Stadium, the actual heart of campus, is where all routes lead. Here, you can feel the heat before you hear the clamor. Bearcats D-1 athletics are celebrations as much as contests. Bearcats passion never backs down, so get ready to show off your red-and-black loudness.

CINCY LIVING

If you’ve spent your entire life in Cincinnati, selecting UC for your college education will alter your perception of your hometown. And be ready to fall in love if you’re not from Cincinnati.

There’s always something to do in Cincinnati, from Smale Park and the Ferris Wheel downtown to Riverbend concerts and the natural displays at the Cincinnati Zoo (10 minutes from campus) to the distinctive stores, pubs, and eateries of Over-the-Rhine.
