The level of current collaboration, the scholar’s long-term research relationship plans with the host institute in Bonn, the connection to Bonn’s research profile, and the distribution strategy for the study among larger academic communities

If two proposals are tied, the project with the highest rating in the “academic quality and mutual benefit” area will be given priority.

Procedures for Selection

• Pre-assessment: anonymous, conducted by unbiased University of Bonn specialists
• Final decision: a committee comprising members from every faculty at the University of Bonn will deliberate over the shortlist and choose the fellowship recipients.
