Stanbic Bank Announces Job Opportunity
Job Description
To contribute to the implementation of adequate Credit Risk controls, with a focus on risks that come up after a loan has been given. This will be done by making sure that collateral is appropriate, applicable, consistent, valid, and enforceable, and by making sure that all collateral and legal documentation for bank facilities and advances given are in order and properly stored to protect assets and reduce risks.
Qualifications

- Experience Needed: 1 to 2 years
Exposure to different legal requirements, especially when it comes to credit agreements, loan paperwork, and the different ways to lend money and types of collateral that can be used. Understand the relevant registration processes and the bank’s internal controls and processes, especially when it comes to writing, signing, managing, and keeping all facility letters, loan agreements, and collateral documents.
Learn about the bank’s products and services. Learn about the terms of the facilities and the rules that will need to be followed for as long as the facility is in use to keep legal risk to a minimum.
