ROLE TITLE: Warehouse Clerk

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s incoming and exiting merchandise.
- Load and unload products from trucks.
- Preparing the outgoing shipment according to the schedule.
- Organizing products in their usual locations in accordance with warehouse policies
- Inspecting stockpiles and reporting on broken products.
- Maintaining inventory and shipment records.
- Keeping track of all stock received utilizing computerized software such as NetSuite WMS, Infor Warehouse Management, LFS, or others.
- Packing objects in an organized manner.
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy on a daily basis.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety rules and requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Job Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent/bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehousing machines.
- Experience with warehouse software.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Incredible physical stamina and strength.
- Excellent customer service talents.
- The ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent counting skills and the ability to wrap products attractively.
Location: Accra.
