POSITION: Brand Manager
A Brand Manager is a professional in charge of ensuring that a company’s products, services, and product lines appeal to present or potential customers. Furthermore, watch marketing trends and competitor organizations in the marketplace to stay ahead of the competition.
Objectives of this role:
- Understanding the behaviour of the target audience and serving as a brand solution manager.
- As a brand identity manager, you may increase your business’s image and market share while also improving its overall perception.
- Maintain budgets, forecast market trends and sales, and evaluate KPI and ROI.
- Increase product sales by working as a sales brand manager and integrating seamlessly with the sales team.
- Lead brand campaigns by working with teams across several verticals such as sales, marketing, creative, and legal.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and uncover opportunities as a dedicated marketing brand specialist.
- Undertake brand reputation projects and determine brand positioning.
- Stick to set budgets, estimates, and performance metrics.
- Success and generate reports on a campaign’s performance, keeping KPIs and ROI in mind.
- Develop and implement new growth initiatives from the perspective of a brand innovation manager.
Required skills and qualifications.
- Previously worked as a brand manager for 4 to 5 years.
- Perspective on emerging marketing trends and basic brand management duties.
- Excellent mastery of the English language, including written and spoken skills.
- Excellent research and analytical capabilities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline.
- A global brand specialist’s perspective on marketing can help with expansion and growth.
- Within the scope of the brand manager role, the ability to think creatively and collaborate across functions is required.
