Job description

Brand managers ensure the brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers.

They are also responsible for making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Supervising social media marketing and other forms of digital marketing to maintain consistency in branding
  2. Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends
  3. Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports
  4. Organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.

QUALIFICATION

  • A minimum of second class upper Bachelor’s Degree in any course is preferred
  • Proven track record of building a brand in any field or industry
  • Experience in a marketing capacity
  • Knowledge of digital marketing

SKILLS

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English and any other Ghanaian language is a plus
  • Enthusiastic, Honest and Self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal relationships
  • Willingness to listen
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
