Senior Backend Developer – Java Spring Boot at AmaliTech
Project Introduction
Join our International Team and help us make new software for one of Deutsche Telekom Group’s largest and most important projects. If you join our team, you will affect our 30 million customers, who will use our product to request a Fiber network to their homes and track our progress as we install it.
Our product is a set of applications and websites that support end-to-end processes in areas like pre-ordering, ordering, installation, service management, and customer support.
Your Role
Your job will be to build cloud solutions with state-of-the-art frameworks that are based on microservices. We expect you to support Team development, look for the best technologies that we can use to build solutions that can be scaled up, and give our customers high-quality products.
Your Profile and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer. Knowledge of CI/CD, JUnit/Unit Testing, and Design Patterns ( REST API design )
- The ability to know about microservices (architecture, patterns)
- Experience with Java (preferably version 17), Spring Boot, or Quarkus;
- Good teamwork and communication skills; and a focus on finding solutions.
- English language skills that help you talk to people
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field
It would be great to have
- Know about Nginx and Helm
- Anyone with DevOps experience is very welcome
- Software development skills in Golang, Flamingo,
- Skills for testing (Cypress, Postman/SoapUI, and Wiremock),
- Working on international projects in the past would be a plus.
