RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
LOCATION: EAST LEGON, HAATSO OR TEMA
Specific Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers’ and employees’ concerns, and resolving them
- Ensuring that the shop has enough items for sales, and ordering for additional items when necessary
- Assist in undertaking practical trainings for new and existing shop staff
- Meeting set targets and ensuring excellent customer service delivery
- Daily stock taking at the Shops
- Reconciliation of sales and electronic transactions made during the day
- Any other assigned task
Qualification/Competencies:
- HND or WASSCE with at least 3 years working experience in the food and hospitality
industry, or a degree in Hospitality. - A minimum of 1 year working experience
- Passionate about working in the food industry
- Ability to analyze and handle complex situations
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Great interpersonal skills
- Attention to details and excellent problem solving ability
