POSITION: Program Auditor (Non – Finance)

Job Description

A major international company that offers advanced technological solutions around the world (like brand protection, product authentication, supply chain security, excuse tax recovery, and banknote authentication and fitness solutions) is looking for a Program Auditor (Non-Finance).

You will report to the Senior Program Operations Manager and be in charge of the standard operating procedures and protocols. You will also make sure that the different fuel terminals follow the rules and do their jobs well, and you will help with program operations by auditing truck marking and operations at depot terminals across the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage the whole process of preparing, dosing, balancing, and storing markers at the stores.
• Do regular on-site checks of the marking process to make sure it’s being done according to the contract.
• Tell management about important facts or problems that need immediate attention.
• Keep and enforce standard working procedures, and make sure that the subcontractor’s depot staff follows them exactly.
• Work with the field repair team to make sure that field devices are getting their regular maintenance.
• Help make sure that program deliverables and current methods are always getting better.
• Make sure that problems are solved in line with the company’s principles, goals, and policies.
• Work with the Project Management Office and other internal departments as needed to improve how well people can talk to each other.
• Follow the company’s rules about health and safety and the standard system.
• Read and understand the terms of a contract.
• SOPs should be written, used, and enforced.

Requirements

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably in Engineering, Chemistry, or another technical subject.
• A Master’s degree is an extra advantage
• Must have worked in the Oil & Gas business for at least five (5) years in the same or a similar job.
• Inspection and monitoring experience is a plus.
• Experience both, directly and indirectly, leading a team.
• Must know the health and safety method and how to use it.
• Good understanding of how to work in a fuel terminal and deal with problems on the site.
• Validation and documentation processes, standards, and how to use them.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, as well as report-writing skills, for working with a wide range of partners.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and spoken communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and time management skills.
• MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, which are all part of the Microsoft Office software package, must be used well.
