Heritage Christian College (HCC), a university in Accra’s Amasaman neighborhood, wants to hire: Quality Assurance Officer
Qualifications Required and Experience
- A good second degree in Monitoring and Evaluation or one of the following fields:
- Math/Statistics, Demographics, Public Policy, Economics, or a related area. Preferably have an advanced license in monitoring and evaluating or economics
Experience
- At least three years of professional experience in a quality assurance/monitoring and evaluation position where they were responsible for putting monitoring and evaluation activities into place for development projects.
- Experience designing and managing beneficiary monitoring and database systems.
- Experience in strategic planning and performance measurement, including indicator selection, goal setting, reporting, database management, and developing monitoring and evaluation and performance m Excellent ability to write and speak English
Salary: Very attractive and competitive
Location: Amasaman, Accra.
