Job Description
- Keep an eye on how the purchasing department works and manage the people who work there.
- Get ready to find the best price for the equipment and supplies.
- Follow the company’s rules and standards when you buy something from them.
- Give the products a proper demonstration and look for mistakes in them.
- Keep track of what’s in the inventory and what’s been bought in the past.
Needed Qualifications and Experience
- You should also know how to use MS Office and any other software used in the purchasing department. You should also be good at talking to people and negotiating.
- The procurement officer also needs to be able to think strategically and analyze situations well.
Location: Abelemkpe – Accra, Ghana.
