Oyster Agribusiness is looking for a Human Resources and Administrative Officer.
Responsibilities
- Oversee personnel records (contracts, PTO, etc.).
- Update the firm database with new employee information (e.g., background, qualification, skill, etc.).
- Create and distribute documents according to our organization’s policies.
- Gather payroll data such as working days, ledgers, and bank accounts.
- Publish and remove job advertisements on various platforms (for example, job boards, social networks, career pages, and so on).
- Schedule job interviews for prospective candidates and serve as a point of contact as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related indicators such as the department’s total number of hires.
- Create materials for employee training and onboarding.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits such as the precedent, the number of qualified vacation days, and so on.
Qualifications and Experience Required
• A bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related discipline is required, as is 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar job.
