POSITION: Regional Sales Manager

Job Description.
We are searching for a dynamic individual to drive our regional sales operations. As the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will be in charge of planning and setting objectives to accomplish the region’s top and bottom-line outcomes as outlined in the business plan and budget. You should also be able to remotely manage a team of salesmen and set profitable targets. Our ideal candidate would have exceptional communication skills and a strategic mentality.
Key Deliverables
Strategic Effectiveness
- Create and implement a regional sales plan in accordance with the distribution segment strategy.
- Meets regional sales financial targets by anticipating requirements, creating an annual budget, scheduling spending, analyzing deviations, and taking remedial action.
- Convert quarterly sales and revenue goals into complete action plans.
- Acts as an inventor, recommending product lines by discovering new product opportunities and/or product, packaging, and service adjustments; evaluating customer requirements and trends; and monitoring rivals.
Operational Effectiveness
- Monitor performance against goals and objectives and take corrective action when deficits occur.
- Coordinate sales and distribution activities throughout the region.
- Monitor and report on competitors’ actions in the region.
- Manage, coordinate, and support distributors.
- Address potential issues and offer fast remedies.
- Managing huge local teams throughout a country or region.
- Organizational Effectiveness
Requirements
- Drive to handle sales in unstructured circumstances. Understanding how to provide value to a firm, as well as a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Capability to lead and motivate a top-performing sales team.
- Management graduate with 10–15 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry.
- Prior expertise in sales and distribution is usually valuable.
