POSITION: SPA Manager
Principal Responsibilities:
- To administer the spa, you must comprehend and always work in accordance with the connected standards, core values, visions, and goals.
- Provide a responsible, ongoing, spontaneous, personal, and real service. To take on responsibility for the entire team, you must have exceptional communication and social abilities.
- Participating actively in and directing all meetings as needed.
- Take responsibility for maximizing booking and service delivery of the guest journey by concierges and therapists from start to finish.
- Take full responsibility for examining all employee and visitor recommendations and feedback and implementing any necessary changes.
- Full accountability for monitoring all facility and service standards, as well as keeping him/her informed of any operational possibilities.
- To handle difficulties, inquiries, and complaints from Spa customers and to notify the Spa Manager.
- To guarantee that the Health and Safety Policy and Procedures are followed and monitored, especially in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.
- As needed, maintain and update equipment, products, services, and standards.

- Ensure that all spa team members follow the training and procedures for the guest journey and that treatment and product sales are maximized.
- Ensuring that a high level of cleanliness is maintained across the facility at all times.
Finance
- Assist in meeting agreed-upon commercial targets at the spa through planned coordinated development of the facility and implementation of the treatment and activity program.
- Prepare forecasts, stock levels, requisitions, budgets, targets, and so on, and ensure a par stock level suited to business demands.
Recruitment and Education
- To stimulate, encourage, and drive the team, as well as to maintain the appropriate level of competent and qualified employees, while managing all spa facilities and activities.
- To be in charge of initiating progressive, professional, and well-organized staff training and evaluation, as well as conducting performance appraisals as needed.
- Monitor weekly schedules, attendance records, sick leave, and holiday plans.
- Supervise spa therapists, concierges, and attendants, as well as answer questions and determine training needs.
- Create a therapist roster and assist the concierges with appointment scheduling.
- Assist with the development and upgrading of the spa menu and ensure that the spa’s operational procedures and policy guidelines are implemented and updated as needed.
Reporting
- In charge of tracking and generating statistics reporting.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date employment records and data.
Purchasing:
- Will be fully responsible for monitoring operating supplies for the spa department and generating purchase requisitions as needed.
Qualifications and skills desired
- Qualification in business administration. (This is a benefit)
- Qualification as a beauty/spa therapist. (This is a benefit)
- Advanced Cosmetology knowledge. (This is a benefit)
- Certificate in First Aid and CPR.
- Three years of spa management experience in a high-end international spa.
- Previous spa experience in a five-star hotel.
- English – good oral and written communication abilities
- Additional language – advantageous
