Position: PRODUCT MANAGER

Our solution combines mobile and web-based tools for data gathering and analysis, field deployment and management, and messaging services through channels like SMS, Voice, IVR, and Call Centers to learn more about specific people and communities.

Job Purpose
Esoko is changing how businesses deal with small-scale farms, suppliers, and customers by using mobile and web innovations in a smart way. The product manager will be in charge of managing the product.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive the product vision for the goods you’re given.
- Make and keep track of a product roadmap to reach the product goal.
- Define product metrics and keep track of them regularly.
- Serve as the product owner for the scrum team and take part in planning and reviewing meetings.
- Create user stories for the product list and put them in order of importance based on the road map.
- Develop and implement a product communication strategy for given products, such as release notes, webinars, articles, blogs, product update meetings, support documents, and manuals.
- Work with sales and marketing to make product pitches that are convincing.
- Be an advocate for the given product inside and outside of the company.
- Make and keep track of competitor analysis for each of your goods.
- Create and update product materials, such as the business case, personas, and use cases.
- Make and keep track of a growth plan for the goods you are in charge of.
- Skills or Experience Needed
ABOUT YOU
- About 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years at a management level in solution design or product management in a SaaS or product business.
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant area is required.
- Very focused on details
- Focused on how users feel and how happy customers are.
- You make decisions based on numbers and numbers alone.
- Someone who is intellectually curious and has their own ideas
- Process-driven, you don’t always think that the end justifies the means.
- Your EQ is as high as your IQ, which means you are a good leader.
- Passionate about working in a business that makes a big difference in the world.
