POSITION: B2B Manager
Responsibilities include developing and managing the business-to-business fuel (clean product and fuel oil) business, ensuring sales growth and profitability. Manage LOB in compliance with general corporate policies while boosting commercial performance by increasing turnover and profitability, identifying new sales opportunities, and satisfying customer demand.
Knowledge and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities:
- Increase the volume, profitability, and performance of the Fuels business unit by recruiting clients and forming critical collaborations with major customers across all segments. Identify new business lines and implement sales strategies with all majors.
- Manage activities, develop and implement business plans for the company’s business-to-business operations to meet the overall major objectives of regional business growth. Coach, train, and develop B2B and staff while creating and implementing quality initiatives, providing efficient customer service, and increasing employee productivity.
- Establish business goals, anticipate sales volumes, and make the appropriate business decisions. Review the findings regularly per country within the given region.
- Compare planned versus accomplished action items. Evaluate key performance indicators.
- Conduct field visits with current and prospective clients’ senior management teams.
- Lead the development, analysis, and implementation/improvement of current B2B processes and corporate activities (internal training, price management, etc.).
- Direct, manage, supervise, and coordinate the activities of B2B Territory Managers.
- Lead the evaluation of new business possibilities. Focus on expanding your firm into new markets.
- Lead critical people development (knowledge and skills) in B2B within the line of business organization and other divisions of the company. Promote best practices and processes across organizational levels and countries (and business cultures).
- Lead field visits with the customer and prospective customer key management teams.

- Ensure that your activities do not, or are unlikely to, cause environmental harm.
- Minimize waste by separating reusable and recyclable products from the general waste stream and using the designated bins.
- Clean up spills properly and contact your supervisor.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or Strategic Planning Management. A postgraduate degree in business administration is required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in equivalent positions.
- Overall experience in the field: 8–10 years. Proven track record of sales success.
Skills:
- Bilingual in English and (local national language).
- Knowledge of corporate and commercial law
- Microsoft Office Suite apps.
- Presentation Tools and Programs

- Ability to create sales and profits.
- Leadership requires exceptional written and vocal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and under pressure, as well as strong bargaining and analytical skills.
