ROLE: HUAWEI 2G, 3G AND 4G (GUL) OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER

Responsibilities and Duties.

• Responsible for 2G, 3G, and 4G (GUL) KPIs in a certain part of Ghana
• Is in charge of daily KPI improvement tasks in the given area.
• Key GUL KPIs daily worst cell optimization
• Do a feature analysis, feature trials, and feature execution on the area given.
• The person is in charge of making KPI trends and reports that show how well the network is doing in a certain area.
• Do optimization tasks like planning data for cell design, planning frequency, optimizing parameters, and helping the drive test team with physical optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, telecommunications, or a similar field.
• 2-4 years of experience in the job of GUL KPI optimization
• Expert knowledge of GUL KPIs and ways to report on them
• Able to use MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint well
• Must understand the flow and settings of Huawei GUL KPI optimization
• Excellent people skills and the ability to talk to others
• Must work well with others.
• Must be a Ghanaian citizen who lives in Ghana.
