ROLE: Analyst: CRM & Billing 

The Analyst CRM & Billing focuses on customer relationship management technologies such as Salesforce. The Bayobab CRM BSS platform was released in 2019 to consistently improve call-to-cash operations in the wholesale industry.

The digital platform 1.0 is designed for Wholesale Fixed Connectivity teams.

This person will be in charge of using the same platform for the different FiberCos.

The work includes organizing and evaluating marketing and customer data, as well as assisting sales and service teams in strengthening their market influence and developing long-term client connections.

The function will help create the first wholesale fixed and mobile digital platform.

Key Performance Areas: Core, key Responsibilities, and Outputs of the role (KPAs)

The Analyst CRM & Billing (Infraco Delivery) will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist the concerned FiberCo Teams in revamping business processes that transform the Call-to-Cash experience, bringing efficiency and reporting KPIs.
  • Describe the business needs needed to create the call-to-cash journey.
  • Work very closely with your implementation partner to translate, review, and prioritize the relevant business requirements.
  • Perform UAT for new versions before exposing the features to the WM teams.
  • Conduct UAT with key end users from FiberCo teams, offering demonstrations of features, relevant data, and guidance for a successful UAT sign-off.
  • Create CRM Platform playbooks and FAQs.
  • Conduct end-user training for new features and releases.
  • Onboarding new users and giving proper induction training.
  • Provide end-user help in coordination with the IT system administrator and the second-level support team (SLA for resolving business-critical issues is one hour).
  • Analyze and create associated reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze CRM best practices and evaluate similar wholesale partners to identify quick wins that suit business goals.

Education:

  • A minimum three-year academic degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, or engineering.
  • Fluent in English, the preferred language of the country.

Experience:

  • A minimum of three years of expertise in digitization, with strong commercial and digital solution capabilities in the telecommunications industry, preferably in the wholesale/enterprise/carrier context.
  • Agile Scrum methodologies (desired)
  • Wholesale Mobility (voice, SMS, CNS) business expertise is desirable.
  • Experience working in a medium-sized organization.

Competencies:

  • Understanding of the wholesale mobility infrastructure landscape, with an emphasis on emerging markets.
  • Strong awareness of internal processes is needed to successfully handle order fulfillment.
  • Excellent networking abilities to establish MTN GlobalConnect professional partnerships.
  • Effective oral and written communication abilities.
