POSITION: Account Executive Risk & Broking
The role
The Account Executive will be in charge of a portfolio of clients and prospects and will be responsible for making sales, keeping clients, and getting new ones. She or he will be in charge of managing accounts and building relationships with clients in the client solutions segment. The Account/Client Executive will also manage and develop high value/profile accounts, including global accounts, for the Business Unit (BU).
Responsibilities
Among your responsibilities are the following:
- Actively support and develop the Business Unit to deliver the growth needed and meet agreed-upon business goals.
- Actively drive the sales process to win, keep, and grow profitable clients.
- Support the overall operational governance and decision-making process for the Business Unit.
- Help management and the rest of the company manage risks that apply to areas of employment.
- Understand the client’s business and their risk management needs and look for creative ways to meet those needs through the provision of services.
- Make sure that full and accurate details of contact with and development of assigned prospects are entered and kept up to date on Willis CRM systems.
- Maximize revenue from new and existing clients by using the full range of appropriate placement channels and markets for the specific client segment.
- Lead and deliver end-to-end ongoing client service, adhering to standard policies, procedures, and service standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant client service experience
- Knowledge of the insurance industry
- Proven technical expertise in several industries, like casualty and property, is a plus
- Full knowledge of all Microsoft applications and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills in English
- Strong business development and sales focus
