POSITION: Associate Director, Talent & Admin
The Opportunity
You will deliver top-tier talent consultation for a defined group of professionals while spearheading change initiatives related to HR programs and processes. Our leaders will rely on you to offer strategic advice to business executives that will enable them to achieve results. As a reliable consultant, you will join the leadership team, converting the business strategy into talent solutions. You will also be in charge of developing your team to guarantee they possess the knowledge, skills, and opportunities necessary for their growth.
Your Primary Duties
You will oversee the effective implementation of important HR processes, such as compensation, performance evaluation, and career advancement. You will manage and address intricate matters related to employee relations. Collaborating with the business, you will assist in workforce planning efforts by grasping capability, skills enhancement, and talent pipeline. By leveraging data analytics, you will offer insights into trends and suggest solutions as necessary. You will assist the business in the planning and execution of organizational transformations, while also overseeing additional complex projects.

Management of Administration and Operations
- Oversee administrative functions, encompassing office management and adherence to compliance procedures.
- Improve office processes to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee budget management and distribution of resources.
- Supervise facility operations, guaranteeing an efficient work environment.
Abilities and qualities for achievement
- Capacity to deliver expert strategic direction and counsel on programs and processes related to personnel.
Robust commercial insight
- A grasp of the effects of digital technology and the possibilities it generates.
- A clear, thorough grasp of the connection between the talent team strategy and the business strategy.
- Capacity to create distinct, implementable talent strategies derived from business objectives.
- Capability to establish reliable business connections and collaborate virtually and internationally.
- Excellent communication abilities and capacity to collaborate efficiently with various stakeholders throughout the organization at every level.
- Capacity to connect with and sway individuals, possessing robust change management abilities and an eagerness to serve as a change advocate.
- Deep understanding of HR trends, best HR practices, and talent management strategies.
- Strong project management, change management, and organizational abilities
Qualification Required
To be eligible for the position, you need to possess
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a similar area.
- Over 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- A vast understanding of HR legislation, guidelines, procedures, and best practices.
- Exceptional networking and persuasion abilities
- A demonstrated capacity to oversee a varied range of projects.
Preferably, you will also possess
- Master’s degree
- Having professional HR certifications like Society for Human Resource Management certification (SHRM-CP), CIPD, or IHRMP is advantageous.
- Experience in a professional services company or a sophisticated matrixed setting.
