ActionAid Ghana (AAG), an affiliate of ActionAid International, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated candidate to fill the following positions.
Role Overview:
The Internal Audit Manager will help ActionAid Ghana build and maintain efficient internal control systems to protect assets and maximize resources for achieving goals. This senior management position requires close collaboration with the ActionAid International Internal Audit Team to ensure compliance with Federation requirements and accountability. They will report to the Board Finance and Audit Sub-Committee.
Qualifications & Experience
The candidate must have a Master’s degree in accounting or finance and be a member of one of the following organizations: ACCA, CIMA, ICAG, or CPA, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in financial management or audit.

Role Overview:
As a Programme Officer, you will help partners and communities understand and appreciate the operationalization of the Country Strategy Paper (CSP), establish partnerships and networks with key stakeholders to influence policies and practices, and strengthen rights holder organizations’ capacity to engage government and local authorities on the Region’s mission objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Requires a first degree in a related discipline and two years of experience.
