Position Summary
Hanex Weks Limited, a growing construction business that offers consulting services and the execution of Construction Projects, Surveys, GIS, and Mapping, is looking for a dedicated person to join its growing family as Business Development Executive.
The Business Development Executive’s job is to bring in more leads and new business so that the company can get more customers and make more money. He or she will also be in charge of coordinating the business’s marketing policies, programs, and campaigns and coming up with new ones.
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans using the right marketing mix that will help you reach your goals.
- Find out about possible new leads and keep up with changes in the business.
- You can get in touch with potential clients in a number of ways, such as through social media, the phone, email, or in person.
- Work with other teams and coworkers to make sure that your products and services meet client wants.
- Prepare and give client presentations.
- Plan, carry out, and keep an eye on all marketing, branding, and advertising activities and make sure they are aligned with the company’s overall plan.
- Manage key client relationships from sales to delivery.
- Request, coordinate, and use internal resources to help clients and make sure that all internal teams have the same understanding of what clients need.
- Make sure that both your own and the company’s sales goals are met.
- Gives helpful and timely feedback on the work of assigned staff.
Skills or Experience Needed
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a similar area.
- At least three years of experience getting better at a similar job.
- Know how to promote, display, and sell goods and services.
- The ability to think creatively and intelligently.
- Excellent skills in both speaking and writing.
- Good at getting along with people and taking care of customers.
- They are very organized and pay close attention to detail.
- Strong skills in analyzing and fixing problems.
- Strong skills in managing people and leading them.
- Ability to make, use, and keep track of funds.
- Having worked in a building company before is a plus.
- able to use Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools well.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or a similar area.
- At least three years of experience getting better at a similar job.
- Know how to promote, display, and sell goods and services.
