The Call Center Agent’s job is to answer calls that come in and turn them into leads and then pull jobs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle a lot of incoming and outgoing calls in the operations department.
- Figure out what the client needs and find a way to meet those needs.
- Answering calls that come in and turning them into leads and then pulling jobs.

- Based on shifts—in a Call Center that is open 24/7.
- Pacific Time Zone
- Payout every week
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to stay cool, professional, and in control even when under pressure. (grammar, speaking, conversational)
- Can use Google Maps.
- Fast typing skills
