Duties and Responsibilities
As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
As the Finance Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Managing the business cycle entails developing an annual strategy as well as a rolling cycle plan/budget/forecast for the organization’s designated business units.
- Contributing to crucial business-related decisions or assisting businesses in making judgments while comprehending greater cross-functional ramifications.
- Communicating high-level concepts to upper management. Peers and junior team members are frequently coached and influenced.
- Understanding the flow and regulations of business operations and finances, as well as financial closing and accounting report management.
- Managing difficult professional work inside the department and establishing new techniques.

Qualifications and Experiences Required
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Obtain a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline from an accredited university.
- Have at least four years of relevant financial experience.
- Have relevant experience with FP&A Operations.
- Knowledge of Oracle applications is an added benefit.
- A background in auditing is advantageous.
- Have exceptional communication and presenting skills.
- Have strong interpersonal and leadership abilities, as well as the capacity to influence people.
- Demonstrate the capacity to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives concurrently.
