JOB TITLE: Packaging Technologist
Job Description
- Conduct testing on all sorts of packaging materials.
- Review and update PM test methodologies and work instructions
- Assist with packaging material and product development activities.
- Create KLD and coordinate artwork insertion in KLD under machine needs.
- Prepare packaging material according to PM specs.
- Maintain records for all QC records in the PM Lab.
- Monthly Quality Compliance Reporting
- Coordination with the equipment seller for new equipment purchases.
- Perform IQ, OQ, and PQ for new equipment installation.
- Cost-cutting projects plan and carry out cost-cutting measures.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor of Science in Science and a certificate in Packaging
- A minimum of three years of experience in the food or packaging industries is required in a QA lab for analysis.
