Requirements
- Thorough Rotational Training: Explore different aspects of our retail operations, such as:
- Promotional and Sales Approach
- Retail Operations and Supply Chain Administration
- Economic Evaluation and Fiscal Planning
- Client Relationship Management
- Practical Projects and Guidance: Engage in actual projects and get advice from seasoned experts.
- Skill Enhancement: Cultivate essential abilities in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and data interpretation.
- Job Opportunities: Trainees who perform well will be eligible for full-time roles in our retail sector.
Qualifications Required
We are seeking applicants who possess:
- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a similar field.
- A true enthusiasm for the retail sector and customer care.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- An active and flexible method of learning.
